Food and nutrition
Taste before buying, even online.
A sauce, a snack or a supplement is chosen on taste, ingredients and trust. With Trustt, the brand recruits its own ambassadors, from the consumer who tastes and rates to the creator who cooks on camera, then shows their reviews, photos and videos on product pages.

What the industry faces
Online, shoppers can neither taste nor smell through the screen.
Food and supplement brands have three questions to answer before the cart fills up.
Taste drives the first and the next purchase
Flavor, texture, intensity: without detailed reviews, online shoppers choose blind, and a bad surprise is not bought twice.
Ingredients need explaining
Organic, gluten-free, plant-based, a new ingredient: a review that says how the product fits a diet speaks better than the label.
Everyday use
In which recipe, at what time, for whom in the family: shoppers want to hear it from people who already cooked or took it.
How Trustt helps
An ambassador program that gets people tasting, then talking.
The brand recruits its ambassadors, has them taste its products and collects what they produce. The Trustt software runs shipments, reminders and collection.
- Step 1
Recruit ambassadors
A call for applications on the brand’s site, with a tailored profile: age, diet, sweet or savory preference, eating habits.
DietHouseholdHabits - Step 2
Get products tasted
Consumers who taste rate the product criterion by criterion. Creators who post cook with it or add it to their routine in front of their audience.
ReviewsRecipe videos - Step 3
Understand use
A usage test a few weeks after delivery: when it is eaten, how it is prepared, satisfaction. For a supplement, how it feels over the course.
Usage testSurvey - Step 4
Show the proof
With Trustt Reviews and Snackeet, reviews, photos and videos go back to product pages, into interactive stories and to Google Shopping.

Selection stays with the brand. It approves every ambassador before shipping, moderates every review before publication and decides what goes public. The software takes the volume: shipping, reminders, collection.
Published proof

“I liked the taste of the sauce because it is not spicy, so it is perfect for the kids. And the chorizo flavor really comes through.”
“Taste-wise, I was very pleasantly surprised. (…) The lemon really comes through, but it stays subtle and balanced.”
Excerpts from published reviews, written by ambassadors who received the product and checked before publication. Nutri&Co posts from the Nutri&Co case study (2025). A case study describes what a program produced, not a promised result.
Where the purchase is decided
A review that tells the taste, and who the product suits.
On the product page, each review shows its author’s profile: age, diet, sweet or savory preference. Shoppers find their own situation in it.

FAQ
Food ambassador programs: brands’ questions
Do product reviews work for food?
Yes. The questionnaire adapts to the product: tasting, use in cooking, dietary profile. Léa Nature’s 31 food campaigns gathered 1,531 reviews between September 2023 and October 1, 2026.
How do ambassadors get to taste a product?
The brand publishes a campaign on its ambassador program and selects profiles among applicants. The Trustt software tracks shipments and reminds each ambassador to post a review after the tasting period.
What does a usage test tell about a supplement?
How it is taken (dose, timing, mixing) and what the ambassador reports feeling over the course. Results are self-reported and are not health claims.
Can ambassador reviews go to Google Shopping?
Yes, through Merchant Center, as long as they are flagged as received in exchange for a free product. Google rejects any review written by AI: at Trustt, every review is posted by an ambassador.
Is Trustt only for beauty brands?
Trustt is the ambassador program software for beauty, nutrition and pharmacy brands. Supplements are core to it, and grocery brands use the same method, as Léa Nature shows.
Get the products tasted before the first purchase.
In 30 minutes, the Trustt team shows what an ambassador program would produce on the brand’s products: reviews, recipe videos, usage tests.
