Sports and wellness
Proof from athletes, on every product page.
A recovery drink, a collagen or a protein bar is judged on effort and taste. With Trustt, a sports brand recruits its own ambassadors, from the athlete who tries and rates to the creator who films a workout, then shows their reviews and videos where the purchase is decided.

What the industry faces
What sells a sports product is not on the label.
Sports nutrition and wellness shoppers compare a lot, and trust people who practice the same sport first.
Proof from athletes
A review of a recovery product carries more weight when it comes from a runner or a weightlifter. Who wrote it matters as much as the rating.
Recovery is judged over time
A supplement does not show its effect at the first dose. Brands need feedback after several weeks, not just an unboxing review.
Taste drives repeat purchase
Flavor, texture, how well it mixes: a drink or powder that disappoints on taste is not bought again, whatever the formula.
How Trustt helps
An ambassador program built for athletes.
The brand recruits its ambassadors, has them try its products and collects what they produce. The Trustt software runs shipments, reminders and collection.
- Step 1
Recruit ambassadors
A call for applications on the brand’s site and to sports creators, with a questionnaire: sport, training frequency, goals.
RunningStrengthYoga - Step 2
Get products tried
Consumers who try the product rate it. Creators who post show it in their workouts on Instagram or TikTok.
ReviewsVideos - Step 3
Measure real use
A usage test after three weeks: dose, how it is taken, taste, perceived effects. Answers stay in the brand’s workspace.

Show the proof
With Trustt Reviews and Snackeet, reviews, photos and videos go back to product pages, into interactive stories and to Google Shopping.

Selection stays with the brand. It approves every ambassador before shipping, moderates every review before publication and decides what goes public. The software takes the volume: shipping, reminders, collection.

“Taste-wise, I was very pleasantly surprised. (…) The lemon really comes through, but it stays subtle and balanced.”
“I only knew so-called ‘beauty’ collagen for skin and hair, and I really plan to add it to my sports routine as a new supplement.”

FAQ
Sports ambassador programs: brands’ questions
How does a brand recruit athletes as ambassadors?
Through a call for applications on its own ambassador program, plus invitations sent to sports creators. A questionnaire sorts profiles by sport. At Vital Proteins, 90% of the 531 Active Complex Collagen applicants practiced a sport (fall 2025).
What is the difference between a review and a usage test?
A review says whether people like the product. A usage test, sent several weeks after delivery, says how it is taken and what the ambassador feels: dose, how it is consumed, taste, perceived effects. Results are self-reported, not clinical.
Are ambassadors paid?
They receive the product, sometimes a pack with a branded accessory. This is disclosed next to every review, and every post flags the partnership.
Where do ambassador reviews and videos appear?
On the brand’s product pages through the Trustt Reviews widget, in stories and carousels with Snackeet, and on Google Shopping through Merchant Center. The brand moderates every piece before publication.
Is Trustt only for beauty brands?
Trustt is the ambassador program software for beauty, nutrition and pharmacy brands. Sports nutrition is part of it, and wellness brands use the same method: Nutri&Co and Vital Proteins are two published examples.
The next sports launches deserve proof from day one.
In 30 minutes, the Trustt team shows what an ambassador program would produce on the brand’s products: reviews, videos, usage tests.
