Trustt is the software that lets beauty, nutrition and pharmacy brands build and run their own ambassador programs. Trustt has no community of its own to join: each program is joined on its brand's website. Here is where to start.

Why sign up with the brand and not with Trustt?
Because every ambassador program belongs to the brand that runs it. Trustt provides the technology behind the scenes: the application page, the ambassador account and the campaign emails.
The brand posts its campaigns
Open campaigns appear on its program page, with the product, the dates and the expected missions: a review, a social post or a consumer use test.
The brand picks its ambassadors
It reads the applications and selects the profiles that fit each campaign. Trustt does not select anyone on its behalf.
The relationship is with the brand
Products, guidelines, conversations and program terms: everything happens between the ambassador and the brand, on its page and in its emails.
Trustt does not keep a shared list of ambassadors for all brands. Writing to Trustt to “become an ambassador” does not give access to campaigns: only an application on a brand's page does.

How an application works
Pick a program
On the brand's program page, each open campaign shows the product, the dates and the expected missions.
Apply
The form asks for a profile, social accounts where relevant and the brand's own questions. An email confirms the application once it is complete.
Receive, try, share
If the brand selects the application, a selection email explains what comes next: product shipping or in-store pickup, guidelines and deadlines. The ambassador then shares an honest opinion.

The ambassador account brings together, for each brand joined:
- parcel tracking and product pickups
- missions and campaign guidelines
- the referral code

Frequently asked questions
Where do I log in if I'm already an ambassador?
Through the “Ambassador login” link on this page, or through the button in the emails sent by the brand (selection, shipping, mission). Log in with the email address used to apply. If you are stuck, the ambassador help page (in French) covers login questions.
Do I have to pay to become an ambassador?
No. Applying is free and Trustt charges ambassadors nothing. The terms of each campaign (product shipped, pickup in a pharmacy or store, expected missions) are set by the brand and shown before you apply.
Does Trustt choose the ambassadors?
No. The brand reads the applications and decides. The software helps it sort profiles, but the selection stays with the brand, campaign by campaign.
Can I sign up directly with Trustt?
No. Trustt does not run an ambassador program in its own name. You sign up on a brand's program page, for example The French Pharmacy Club or one of the brands shown on this page.
Why was my application not selected?
Each campaign has a limited number of places and the brand looks for a specific profile for each product. Not being selected for one campaign does not prevent applying to the next ones.
Do I need to disclose the partnership when I post?
Yes. As soon as there is something in return, including a free product, the post discloses the partnership with the brand. Each campaign's guidelines specify the disclosure expected.
